We've all seen the "I'm so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers." quote from Lucy Maud Montgomery's Anne. I grew up loving Anne and the fall colors of Prince Edward Island. When I needed a break this fall, I picked up and headed to Seattle for a weekend, hoping for the beauty and restfulness that lives in my memory of that miniseries.
Thankful for the dear people I visited to spend time with and for those I met. Thankful for afternoons to wander Ballard and appreciate the fog. I'll be back for you, Seattle.
